Ingredients:

1 box Jiffy Cake Mix (yellow)
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
2 cups milk
1 pkg. Pineapple instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1 lg. Cool whipped cream

Instructions

1. Mix and bake jiffy cake for 12 minutes @350 degrees in a 9x13 pan. Let cool completly.

2. Beat cream cheese, slowly add milk and pineapple instant pudding. Beat all together. Spread over cold cake.

3. Spread crushed pineapple over pudding mix.

4. Spread coolwhip over pineapple.

5. Refrigerate uncovered.
