Surprise Salad

Ingredients:

1 pkg. lemon jello
¹⁄₂ lb marshmallows-cut up
2 small pkgs. cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple (drained and reserve juice)
1 pkg. cherry jello
¹⁄₂ pint whipped cream

Instructions

Dissolve lemon jello in 2 c. boiling water. Add marshmallow to hot jello. Add cream cheese and beat until smooth. Let set. When partially set, add drained pineapple. Fold in the whipped cream and put in 9 x 12 pan in refrigerator overnight. Top with layer of cherry jello made with 1 c. hot water and 1 c. reserved pineapple juice. When set serve a square of the salad on a lettuce leaf.
