Bake-Sale Lemon Bars

  1. 1. Combine flour, sugar and butter. Pat into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

    2. Meanwhile in a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy, pour over the hot crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown.

    3. Cool on a wire rack.

    4. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Cut into squares.

    Yields 3-4 dozen.
