Busy Day Pumpkin Bars

Courses:
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 Tbs baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • Frosting:
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups powder sugar
  • 1 tsp. milk
Instructions
  1. 1

    1. Put all ingredients in bowl and mix thouroughly (by hand). Pour into greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.

    2. Frosting ingredients: beat together and spread on cooled cake.
