Orange Salad

Ingredients:
  • 2 pkgs orange jello
  • 2 cups water or fruit juice
  • 1 pint orange sherbet
  • 11 oz can Mandarin oranges
  • Filling
  • 13 oz can pineapple chunks
  • 11 oz can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup flaked cocoanut
  • 1/2 cup cream whipped or 1 cup sour cream
Instructions

    1. Dissolve jello in the hot liquid. Add sherbet while mixture is hot. Let cool slightly and add 1-11 oz can drained Mandarin oranges. Pour into ring mold.
    2. Drain Mandarin oranges, use juice from pineapple and mix all ingredients with the cream. Place in center of mold before using.
