Sweet Potato in Orange Sauce

1. Use 6 sweet potatoes (uniform size). Cook in as small amount of water as possible for about 30 minutes. Cool. Peel and cut in desired size pieces. Place in buttered baking pan.
2. Cook sauce ingredients until clear and thickened. Pour over sweet potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Baste frequently.
