Whipped Cream Frosting

1. Beat together until creamy the first four ingredients.

2. Mix in sauce pan the following: 3 1/2 tlbsp. floor and 1 cup milk. Cook stirring constantly. Cool mixture. Add to above mixture and beat well.

A good frosting - used many times years ago.
